Christopher J. Chimeri is a matrimonial and family law attorney who is recognized and highly regarded for his legal expertise as well as his philanthropic endeavors. A summa cum laude graduate of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Mr. Chimeri is a founding partner of Quatela Chimeri, a full service law firm that concentrates in matrimonial and family law, federal and state civil and commercial litigation, and transactional and municipal law.

Mr. Chimeri is enthusiastic about the value of providing his clients with a holistic approach to their legal matters, and he focuses on delivering the highest standard of advocacy in matrimonial and family law matters.

Mr. Chimeri is also dedicated to providing guidance and advocacy for same-sex couples and LGBTQ individuals. He lectures regularly for multiple Bar Associations and also frequently publishes articles relating to matrimonial litigation and appeals within the domestic relations arena. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar Association, is a co-founder and chair of the Suffolk County Bar Association's LGBTQ Committee, and is a state-wide co-chair of the LGBTQ subcommittee of the Family Law Section in the New York State Bar Association.
