Glenn R. Jersey

Glenn R. Jersey III is an associate in the law firm of QUATELA CHIMERI, PLLC. Mr. Jersey focuses predominantly in matrimonial and family law, and appellate practice.

Mr. Jersey received his Bachelor Degree in History from Adelphi University, and his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He admitted to practice law in the states of New York in 2017. While attending Hofstra Law School he was President of the Columbian Student Lawyers’ Association (Italian-American Law Students’ Association), a member of the Dean’s Advisory Counsel, as well as a board member of the Veterans Legal Assistance Program.

While at Hofstra, he also participated in the Hofstra’s Youth Advocacy Clinic and was successful in obtaining permanent citizenships for several children. He also participated in a research course led by Professor Herbie DiFonzo where he co-authored the legal handbook for the Center for Children and Families established by Judge Gail Prudenti. Mr. Jersey participates in mentoring high school and law students seeking interest in family and matrimonial law. As a student, Mr. Jersey was invited as a guest lecturer before the Theodore Roosevelt Inns of Court where he spoke on social media in litigation. He was also one of the first students to be invited to join the New York American Family Law Inns of Court.

Mr. Jersey is very active in the Nassau County Columbian Lawyers’ Association, Nassau County Bar Association: New Lawyers and Matrimonial Committees therein. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Jersey donates his time to the Nassau County Bar Association’s Mentorship Program, the Franklin Square Chambers of Commerce and Franklin Square Civic Association.
