James Adam Pascarella is of counsel to our office and devotes 100% of his practice to criminal defense. He defends clients in all types of criminal matters in New York State and Federal Courts around the country.  He has represented doctors, lawyers, accountants, public officials, teachers, law enforcement officers, corporate executives, business owners, and brokers, among others. Before entering private practice, he was a senior prosecutor in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office’s Major Offense and White Collar Crime Bureaus. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, and while in private practice, Mr. Pascarella has handled thousands of cases, participated in over fifty trials, and has lectured on a variety of criminal issues including white collar crime and identity theft.  He also has taught trial techniques to lawyers for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
